Why hosts end up sharing their own account
Guests expect streaming. The path of least resistance is signing your own Netflix or Showmax into the TV — and hosts do it constantly. It creates three problems: you pay for a subscription guests consume, your viewing history and profiles are exposed to strangers, and concurrent-stream limits mean your own household gets locked out.
The alternative most hosts try — asking guests to sign in and out — fails because guests forget. Every time.
Casting removes the account from the equation
